Locksley Puma

Hi guys, been a while but I'm wondering if any of you would know how old this bow is. I picked up a Locksley Puma recurve this past wknd at a rumage sale and paid $8 for it. It's in really nice condition. Its says on it 0961 62". would this mean it was built in September of 1961? just wondering. It has Green glass on the back and brown glass on the belly. it's a 50# @ 28"
