Nor should you, it's the corner stone of what you do next. So here it is, my glass cornerstone. It shoots more accurate than I do but boy is it hard on ya, rattles the teeth and that is with heavy arrow. Hopefully someday I will gain enough experience to make that go away.
I probably needed to spend more time filling the grain of the ash handle and the pics reveal a lot about my spray job
Anyway, I am not ashamed of it but I ain't submitting it to no contest either. I also need to spend some time studying handle design.
I haven't put it on the scale but I am guessing about 45-48@28". Ash riser, elm tapers (.003 total if I remember right, I bought the stuff about two years ago, Thanks KennyM), red oak parallels. Cow horn overlays on top of phenolic.
Now as soon as I can remember where I put it I will add some mole skin.
