To you guys who use bamboo back regularly for bows, do you remove the rind before or after glue up? Or do you cut to shape, taper then remove rind, before or after glue up?

Thanks Roy! I build my first Tri Lam and was doing as you said but then wondered if I was going it right.

You could remove it after glue up. But I always do that last.
