Today my wife and I went to a newly opened pro shop to shoot video archery. While shooting, I noticed that a group of about six teenage boys was standing behind me, watching me shoot.
It wasn't long before I was overhearing the comments about "how does he do it without sights", and "I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with one".
My wife is a DEAD shot with her compound and she only beat me by a few points. This absolutely fascinated those kids, which led to a question or two, and about a half an hour of me doing some "recruiting".
I dont think they'll run out tomarrow and buy a stickbow, but hopefully I made an impression and put the thought in their heads.....
