NY ground Grizzlies
« on: July 30, 2009, 04:38:00 AM »
Well the move from NC to NY is now complete. We are renting a house with orchards all around us. We have more game than we can imagine, turkey, deer, fox, coyote. A big difference from the outer banks. Sure will miss my pig hunting though.

First night outback with the bow resulted in these two ground hogs. They burrow under the cherry trees really bad. The farmer was happy we were out shooting them. Got pictures of some really nice deer, can't wait for the season to get here.

Enjoy the huntin!

Chris good to hear from you. Will do. If you ever get over to this end let me know. I have already made some good contacts and there is a ton of deer. This is the shot gun area so it gets a lot less pressure. Im liking it so far.

Thats good about being in a shotgun county. I hear that really helps the deer out. Good Luck this fall!
