Pictures are a red X

First off, let me say that I am computer challenged!

The sponsors pictures at the top of the forums are just red X's. When I click on them, another window opens and says that the link is broken. It is the same on my laptop and my desktop computers?

are you actually online and not just looking at pieces of offline cached pages?

check your browser settings and make sure you've enabled images.
