Double posts from home PC

I am in the habit of hitting the back button to get to a previous screen. Never had a problem with double posting. Now over the last month or so I am double posting alot as when going back the software seems to think I'm posting again. If I do it in less than 30 seconds the "flood protection" screen comes up, but if I hit back after the 30 seconds I get a double post.

This didn't happen before. I see it alot with other members as well.

Just asking if something has changed? I am still doing what I've always done but will now have to start a new method going back to pow wow after posting a message rather and hitting the back button three times as I've always done.

nothing has changed with the trad gang forum software.  

realize that when you view a website or forum or whatever on the web, you are downloading the code that displays that page, and the code is saved in your pc's cache.  

flipping back to previously viewed pages means your pc - not trad gang - is going back into its cache and retrieving the last sequential thing you did with your browser, and if that thing was to make a reply post it might just do that again.

this is all about your browser, your pc.  i Never recommend using the back button.  proper pc/browser procedure is to click the appropriate button to go on to the next logical task.  this insures that tasks will be accomplished in the proper order and manner.
