Hip quivers for tournament archery...?
« on: March 14, 2008, 10:09:00 AM »
Who makes a good leather hip quiver? I think I am looking for the type that you put on your belt and doesn't tie to your leg. Kind of a pocket quiver that goes on the belt. Any pics would be great.

If you can find one of Shell's kicking around, grab it. I have one and it is great for small game hunting and would serve just as well for 3D and such.

Cedar Ridge made my 3D hip quiver. No tie to the leg needed, plus an extra pocket on side for pencil, scorecard, extra string, glove,or whatever.

Also,3Rivers has a decent pocker quiver that will hold about 4-6 field point tipped arrows that works pretty good for 3D shoots.

Mike's arrow holster looks like it would fit the bill. I need to look around more on your site. You're always popping up stuff I didn't know you make.

Just started using a hip quiver a couple of weeks ago and rather like it, but it makes me nervous about the possibility of losing arrows unawares.     Does anyone make one that is maybe 3" longer than what I usually see?

Can't seem to access your website Mike...? Not off the link or doing a search for it. Must be a problem on my end....?
