I have been lucky to call one in at snipper riffle distance, not to mention stick and sting.  Dumb luck hasnt been kind to me either way.

nothing but respect and admiration coming from my corner.

what do you look for when setting up your stand (all you guys)? ( i am pretty scared of  heights but would maybe climb up a tree for the right circumstance........and goal)     :pray:        :goldtooth:

I'd check out anything by Gene Wensel and give it a good read. his will especially give you some insight on hunting Colorado (they used to hunt lots in montana) whitetails and muleys in a more agricultural setting.
