Try woodworking or hobby stores. Hobby stores that deal in wood airplanes usually have it and it is usually cheaper then woodworking stores.

Steelforce Beyond Bond and Beyond Bond Flex are the best CA glues available anywhere. Independant testing has given them first place for several years in a row now. We have tried all the cheapo brands and even Permatex. Nothing compares. You can get 1/2 oz. bottle which usually has more like 2 oz. in it, and it has a far longer shelf life than any of the others that we have used. Keep it capped and it will rarely harden in the bottle like the others do.
Oh yea, don't use it on anything that you ever want to get apart again.

Hobby shops will have the best medical grade CYA - brands like Zap, Hot Stuff, Jet, etc - and you can get it in viscosities from water thin to honey thick.
Be aware that CYA has a shelf and air life - if you get it in any large quantity, it should be rebottled into sealed smaller quantities.
