My sister called me late last year to say she found a bow in the basement as they prepared to move. Of note, we are not young and neither is her husband. She offered and i told her to send it. Wow a Pearson Golden Soverign in redwood. Cammo limb sleeves and a quiver-with no broadheads hood! Beautiful. Bro in law could not recall his last time seeing it much less shooting it. Cleaned it up, fixed a slight lower limb twist, twisted a new string and braced it up at the shop. Ran a variety of wood, carbon and aluminum’s thru it=seems to like them all. 55 at 28 it actually scaled at 57. These old recurves, this and my others, are just plain pleasant to shoot. I am lucky to still shoot those heavier beauties
