Depends on if it is a recurve or longbow and what tip weight. Carons I would say 150's but again depends on point weight.

I'm shooting a SA II 53#@28 draw just alittle over that, I'm shooting 80-85# Hickorys 29 1/2" BOP with 160gr point and they are shooting just a hair weak bareshat out to 25yrds and I have a carbon Beman ICS 340 3 5" feathers 31" 250gr shooting just a tad stiff but not bad at all.

I would say if your going to shoot POC shaft 60-65 maybe 65-70 with 125gr point would be good. but not knowing what bow you have its all guess's.

Im shooting a PSA 55#@28&3/4. I shoot Gold Tips but I did try Carbon Express and the Heritage 250 seemed to be the right weight.
I did use the Gold Tip weighting system when I played with the Carbon Express. I tried the next size up, I think it's a 300 or 350, anyway it was way too stiff. If you don't get an answer here, try Balck Widows forum.

With wood I would start at 70-75 # spine and see how that goes, don't know squat about carbon.   Joseph

The Heritage 90 should work in that bow.
