St. Jude's Payment Info?
« on: June 26, 2018, 11:19:21 AM »
Can someone re-post the payment info for the St. Jude's auction. I paid by PayPal on the first day, but my stuff still hasn't posted. I just want to check to make sure I sent it to the right address.

Thanks.

After the Auction

You will need to pay via PayPal, check or M/O, (written to St Jude Children's Research Hospital).

As we receive payment we post on the thread, “payment received” and that it OK to ship items.

Please be sure to put all the info you can in the comments section on PayPal or in a note if mailing Walt the payment.

We will need this so we can find your items and get your won items marked “Paid”.

There is no need to post on  this thread or anywhere else that you've made a payment.

The winner and donor will need to be in contact with each other to make sure everything happens the way it is supposed to. You can click on each other’s handle and either email or PM from the Profile screen.

If you are paying via PayPal make the payment to [email protected]

Remember that paying with the “Friends and Family” method saves St Jude having to pay the 3% commission PayPal charges.

If paying via check or M/O send to ...

It is VERY important that you wrote some notes about Tradgang and the auction item in the "message" section of your paypal payment.
Otherwise St. Jude's doesn't know to report to Tradgang that an item was paid for.

What are you referring to, Jim?

If you are paying via PayPal make the payment to [email protected]

At least one guy, in another thread asking why his item had not been marked paid, had sent the payment to:

[email protected]

instead of:

[email protected]

By adding the “s” in the address, the money was sent to the wrong place.

I sent payment through paypal for 4 items I won.  Payment was sent to the correct address a few days ago.  How long does it take before they are marked paid?
