As a follow up, Fred has been in the hospital for the last several days. He should be home shortly but in the mean time Teresa has been spending a lot of her work time there with him so some orders may take a little longer than normal for a few days.

A few years ago I experienced a similar situation with an order.  Theresa was doing everything she could do as Fred was having some troubles.....can you relate?
