not as far as I've seen tenbrook. the weigh little more than the nock itself and are in so little of the shaft I can't see it effecting spine much. as a matter of fact I installed some in some bareshafts I had just gotten done with 'bareshaft tuning' jst to make sure the the were 'flying well' and it didn't change the flight at all.

and here is a lowres pic of a mix of arrows...the top two are homemade luminoks (one red and one yellow) and as you can see in the pic, even in the lit garage you can see them glow.

1/4 inch piece of reflective automotive tape in front of my nock ...does work!!!I copied it from Uncle Gene , I must say!!!!!
