Problems with Amberboo ?
«
on:
March 27, 2008, 10:32:00 AM »
Bob stated that he has had problems with the durabillity of amberboo whereas the natural colored actionboo in my own experience performs beatifully year after year.
Has anybody else had problems with the dark version of actionboo ( amberboo/carbonized actionboo ) ?
Thanks
Jacob

I left a piece of amberboo scrap outside for over a year before it started coming apart. My guess is it depends on where the bowyer gets it from as to the quality.
