Aldo's buck was much heavier, Ray sent me another pic to kind of show the difference.

Just returned from a great hunt at Kenny's Missouri Lease, We had a great time, my hunting partner Aldo and I were able to take two very nice bucks and a doe. Aldo's buck will more then likely make pope and young, it was the biggest body deer I have every seen, I was amazed at its sizes. You don't have to to kill anything to have a great time on this hunt, just listening to the owls in the morning is worth the trip. We saw many does and other bucks, as we left the farm one day we saw an amazing buck in the bean field. I had the opportunity to observe some big does and how smart they are, just watching  ,you can see why they are so hard to kill. I was very impressed by he number of deer and turkeys we saw,on some mornings we seen fifteen to twenty deer, we also saw a few coyotes on this trip.   Most of all I'd like to thank Kenny for making us feel at home, it was joy to meet Kenny and sit and talk with him. The morning before we were scheduled to leave, I was able to kill a nice doe, a great way to end the trip.
Many thanks Kenny for the memories, hope to see you next year, Ray

Thank you Ray and Aldo, it was great to meet you . I love to visit with like minded people, I check in with hunters at cabin every chance I get.  (Probably too often, feel like I'm intruding on their hunt)

Another 2 guys who think a lot like myself about deer and deer hunting.

Hope to see you again!

Well, I finally made it back to VA from Ray's house.  Ray said it all in his earlier post.  We had a great time.  The property supports a lot of deer and turkey.  Saw coyotes, skunk, opossum and a few really good deer.  We got a bit luck with the weather after a couple of days of heat and muted deer movement it really opened up when the morning temps dipped to the mid 40s.  Had great conversations with Kenny and will keep many memories from this hunt.  Kenny makes a pretty sharp bow as well, enjoyed shooting at the cabin in between hunts.
Kenny was a great host, making sure we had what we needed including the use of a ATV and a tree-stand with a deer target for practice.  Thank you for everything.  As Ray said, hope to see you next year as well.

Thank you Aldo!! Was great to meet you!

And that 6 strand string made me think, so I made one for my bro this morning as his arrows were borderline stiff. With less silencer material and less string, his bow is behaving wonderfully now!! Thank you!
Stay sharp, Kenny.
