Hello I'm new here and need some help... A friend of mine had her father pass away this pass June and going through his things they came across this....Its a 1970 Hoyt Pro-Metalist Left handed..It has 2 set of limbs 41-43 and 38-40...
Her father received this and never used it once.. it has a case and the string is still in the package... She has contacted Hoyt and they are coming out next week to look at it... She would rather it go to someone who will take care of it instead of sitting in a glass case some where... I guess I am asking what you guys think it is worth...Any help would be appreciated..

If it was right handed, I would say it was worth about 100.00 shipped and I would get a MO out tomorrow. LOL!!!!
I have no clue as to its worth, but I would think it is worth a good bit more than 100.00. HA HA HA!! Somebody here will have a ballpark figure for her.
Good luck,

May I suggest you change the title of your thread to capture more attention? Something like "Need info on Hoyt Medalist bow" or similar. There are a couple of Olympic class shooters who may see it that way and respond. Also, you might check over on TradTalk. Lots of competitive shooters there.
Good luck!
