Well, I got extra short limbs for my DAS bows. They are too heavy for me, and not the most energy efficient, but I can, at least, practice with them as best I can and hope for the best. . . . And, my goodness, they make a SHORT bow.
Now for the purpose of this thread. For the first time I visited Sportsman's Warehouse (406.523.9000) in Missoula, Montana. There are several throughout the area, and I believe they do mail order also. I bought a 56-inch Western Archery FastFlight endless loop bowstring, 16 strands, #7100-56, for $5.99. I have been accustomed to paying more than $20 per bowstring. At checkout I requested the clerk check the price to make sure it was correct.
Do what you will with this information.
