thats a good perspective on traditional.

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

Thats awesome !

The picture reminds me of when i was a little bow.  My grandfather would till his garden and i would follow behind with a coffee can to collect worms for fishing.  at night i use to sleep with the coffee can of worms next to my bed.

Tell your Dad, way to go !   My father is in poor health and is  house ridden.   I really  miss my days afield with him.

What a pleasant surprise on a Sunday morning! I thought you were opening up a discussion on compounds. Was that pic taken recently? The weather and the garden looks great. I can't wait for it to get to upstate NY. Good luck to you and yours.

Brian, that was last summer before the big dry up hit here in Kentucky. The garden didnt do much. Believe it or not the Old Man's mother is still living, she can still cook a mean chicken and grows a small garden herself. She will turn 100 this october. I hope this old age stuff holds up down the gene pool, lol.

Billy,

Does he have a bow of his own yet.  I know he is a little young, but a good blind and Turkey hunting with Grandpa and Dad, it could not get any better !

I didn't take my 12-year-old daughter deer hunting onetime, but I did take her sister she was 14, I never got the chance to take my 12-year-old, she's 32 now, has three little ones and the youngest is about the size your son, last year, I just flat told her, when she reminded me of it again, to get her own bow, and cart her husband out in the woods, and shoot a deer.
