Allan : I have had may Monarch since may and am very pleased with it . I told Jim this is one of the easiest bows to shoot for me , no learning curve at all . I find the Monarch to be faster than the Thunderchild  and very , very smooth ( still love the Thunderchild) . When at shoots everyone I let shoot it can't stop talking about how smooth it is. Good luck with your new Beauty and lets have some pics . Drew

My 2pc Monarch is my from my cold dead hands bow.  I say this as someone who's never made up their mind between longbows or recurves.  It ticks every box.

Unless, by chance, I score early on a goodin, my Mountain Monarch is destined for approximately 75 hunts this season.

Great bow...

Well , my 2 piece takedown 60" 47@28 (I draw 29.5) Mountain Monarch has been in my hands for a month now and I am truly impressed. I went back and forth between the TC and the MM for months, but thanks to few of you gents for your comparisons and thoughts I ended up with this MM. I pulled a lot of 60" bows but none that were this smooth to the end of my draw. Truly smooth to my 29.5" draw. I find it extremely stable for a shorter bow. At the moment I'm shooting a GT trad with 175 gr tip, total 503 grains, and with my draw it's doing 184 fps. An absolute performer!! And of course a work of art to boot. I waited a month because I didn't want the fact that was a shiny new bow to sway my true thoughts. I now can't help but look at a few of my other bows and think.....which ones can I sell so I can order another Mountain Monarch!  This is going to be one awesome little hunting bow!

All of my bows are cut 1/8" past center.

TDhunter, if you pull the lower quiver straps around and hook them on to the button opposite of the first button, it will really tighten up the bracket... That is hook them on both buttons.
I really need to re-do my quiver video since I've modified my quivers.
