Made that yesterday from a side of leather I got from KC.  He's a sponsor as most of ya know and goes by oklahomaleatherman.  If ya need some leather check out KC he sells a nice big side for a fair price.

Looks great sir!  Not to high jack your thread, but if anyone needs leather I have tons of it available.  I love helping folks that want to do their own leather work as well as offering finished goods.

The leather you got from me is one of my alum tanned sides that sell for just $65.  These run 18-24 sq feet and are made primarily for baseball glove laces.  I also have 1/8" laces available in bundles of 10 for just $6 per bundle or 3 bundles for $15.  The laces are 72" long and are great for lacing up projects or many other uses!

In addition to the alumn tanned sides I also buy sides of 5-6 oz oiltanned sides directly from the tannery in various brown tones.  These sides sell at the national retailers for over $8 per square foot.  I offer them at shoots I attend for just $5 per sq. foot.  They are full sides that also average 18-24 sq. foot per side.  I use them for lots of my projects like armguards, quivers, sheaths and much more.

Keep up the good work!  I'd love to see some more homemade projects.

Nice design and good looking project.

Only suggestion I have is to close the stitch spacing a little.  Just an aesthetic thing and purely my own opinion.

Thanks boys.  All I got is a hand stitcher....looking at a cheap seeing machine for future projects.
