Be carful with Deet on your hands it can eat/dissolve steering wheels, bow handles, and just about anything you touch and that includes going to the bathroom. :scared:
So that's what happened . . .

Well for whatever it's worth from using the thermacell of for 15 years I guess and I've had great luck with it all all sorts of flying insects AND flies..... Also hunt in warm weather year roind being I live in the South and hogs are free  And it's in the nineties opening weekend of deer season. So I spent a lot of time a field with a thermacell  In warm  Weather.

My use has been in GA FL SC.

If it's breezy enough Gnats and mosquitoes won't be bothering you. I've only rarely and I mean rarely found a time when the breeze was just perfect that the gnats and mosquitoes could fly and the thermocel didn't work .

That's been my take on the thermacell, like I said earlier,  since I've been using them since the day they came out.

Your mileage may vary different than mine.

Hi Terry, good to hear from you and thank you for letting me post on TradGang.

In June, it's usually not breezy, but as I've tried telling everyone, if you have other remedies, please use them.  All I'm trying to do is offer some free relief of my own.

Thank you again
