My daughter's dutch oven pineapple upside down cake.

Most years, we have a mandantory winter campout in Florida where all granddudes and granddudeces (grown or almost) have to show up. My oldest daughter, who works for the Girl Scouts and also donates a lot of time to her youngest son's Boyscout troup, has been camping for over 45 years. Her pineapple upside down cake has been a hit with our gang and many of her scout friends as well.
