Low profile banana fletching
« on: April 01, 2008, 09:08:00 PM »
Does anyone know where I can purchase precut low profile banana fletching. I'm looking for some 5 1/2" long by 1/2" high. Thanks

I bought a chopper andmodified it to cut the way I want. It worked out, they're 4 1/2" long with 1/2" profile. Then you just buy full length feathers.

hey fred,  your wife keeps you so busy you'd better find pre-cuts, you have no time to cut your own and when your not working for her your busy looking for new places to hide bows....LOL   :bigsmyl:

That or burn them yourself if the chopper or buying them outright doesnt turn out.  Burners are fun and can be tweaked till you're imagine is worn out.

I can't even afford a burner, so I'm just turning out mine with a stencil and pair of scissors. Works pretty well...
