Dwyer Endeavor

Was looking hard at a Dwyer Endeavor Longbow. I have seen that a few of you guys have shot them in past. Are you still shooting them and what kind of speed are you getting out of them? I would like one around 50@27”. I have email Mrs Sue a few times she has been super nice! Won’t run a bow quiver so I would like some  Weight in the riser too.

I have an Endeaver and I love it. I never chrono' it but it throws a good arrow at my 30" draw and it's quite smooth to my draw length. I killed a whitetail with mine this past fall. 20 yards complete pass through with a Doug fir and Razorhead. I was just visiting the Dwyers this past weekend. You can't find nicer people.

I had an Endeavor and it was my favorite bow of that style. Easy pointing ,i would say very quick, very forgiving. Excellent craftsmanship. I really don't see how you can go wrong.

The Dwyers are great people to deal with.
The bow I had seemed quite smooth to shoot at my 28" draw :archer2:

I bought one last year and absolutely loved it but the draw weight was a bit too much for these old shoulders and I sold it.  I will have another if I can find a good deal on a mid-40's weight Endeavour.

Good huntin'.

I don't have an endeavor, but I have a Defiant and a Dauntless.  Both are works of art and proven hunters.  I enjoyed ordering from Dave.  Be sure to get one of Sue's basket quivers while you are at it.
