Hill Country bow info wanted
« on: March 11, 2019, 04:39:44 PM »
I'm looking hard at the Wildcat longbow Roman builds and would like to see who has experience and pics of one. I'm looking at ordering a 62", 45+/- @ 28" all Bocote version. I currently shoot a Stalker Jackal FXT that I love but may want to try something a little different. Thanks for any info you all might have!

i own 2 wildcats and 2 bobcats. they are the only bows i dare shoot without an arm guard, stable, silent, completely dead in the hand.they are basically a habu viperkhan at half the $$ and a third the wait. buy with confidence i don't think you'll regret it!!

Thanks for the reply. I’ve had nothing but stellar reviews from several owners so it looks like I may just have to place an order!

Probably one of the most quiet bows that I have ever shot. Don’t own one but it was a great bow to shoot.

I have both a K-2 hybrid, and K-2 static that are simply fantastic Bows! I have shot a couple of Roman’s belly mount bows, and they are even better! They consistently point and shoot where you look. Hill Country Bows are way underrated and overlooked. Roman is a fantastic bowyer, and his fit and finish is impeccable. Quick, smooth and quiet. Great bows. You will not regret it. And if for some reason it doesn’t quite fit you right, you won’t have a problem moving it along to a new home.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.
