What temp/time are you guys curing?  You leave the bow in the press at room temp for 4 hours under pressure, crooked stic?  Is that to clean up the glue lines?  Like let extra glue push out?

According to Big Jim is helps to minimize the amount of gas released from certain woods therefore minimizing bubbles. A trick that would have been handy a month ago.

Let it cool a few hours Skeater. No rush. If you're in a hurry to make fancy little wood pieces make a trilam. I hear sum folks are good at makin lightning strike

I don't know the answer other then what's said here or from smooth on but I never short cut any thing figure it will come back to bite me , the devils in the details on any good build why risk it not worth it to me !

  Bring it down to room temp and then  Cryo-Set the limbs by dipping in some liquid nitrogen...

Leave under pressure for awhile helps with getting air bubbles out. If the glue is curing before they are gone then they are trapped.

No kidding.  I never heard that before. I’m wondering if I should use different temp and times for curing.  I think I got the 180 degrees for 4 hours from Bingham instructions, but I can’t say for sure now.  It seems to work.  And I’ve always just set the timer and it’s cooled to room temp by the next morning.
