Cari-bow

I recently picked a used cari-bow Featherhorn and love this bow and was surprised at how well it performs.  I'm wondering from anyone who has experience with a featherhorn and a Peregrine what the difference are and the performance difference.  I'm very interested in getting my hands on a Peregrine now.  Thanks

The Peregrine is a very fast bow, however the Featherhorn is going to be a little easier to shoot consistently. The Peregrine has a very radical limb design( find a pic of one unstrung) Featherhorn is a little milder. You really can't go wrong with a Caribow. I love his 3 pc. longbows as well.

I am fortunate to own both of these bows. The "Featherhorn" is the more traditional model, but it is a great performer in its own right. At 66" it is smooth as silk and a pleasure to shoot all day long. The 62" "Peregrine"  has a totally different, more radical limb design than the "Featherhorn". Abe's 58"", Wolverine" and his 60" , "Slynk" are both made on the same format as the "Peregrine". If you are looking for speed and performance in a shorter bow for hunting situations you can't go wrong with a Wolverine, Slynk, or Peregrine.
