I guess Bison Gear must no longer be in business.  For over a year their site said be patient they were relocating.  I reached out several times for repair parts and never heard anything.  Now site is down I think,  too bad,...really nice stuff.

But....you might also try classicsportsman.com.  Pricey but good wool packs made by Duluth for Classic.
