If your looking for the U-Stuff-it targets, they are made out of woven nylon in bag and animal shapes.  Pretty sure the company went out of business a year or so ago.  Can still find the targets on the big auction site occasionally.

Feed stores and stuffed with plastic wrap from grocery stores. Buy several because they don't last in the UV outside. Then just stuff the old bag into the new bag.

I’ve had good luck with Treeline targets. They are a Canadian company that sells on Amazon.  Their prices are reasonable for a you-fill bag.

Google coffee bags to get some large burlap bags.

If you are asking for already made targets then google your question. There are many options out there. Of you are looking for the empty bags to stuff yourself then many answers were given above.

Burlap won't last long outside if it gets  Wet  Often..... Plus it's not self repairing either.

For setting up a club, Treeline targets are a cheap option.  They are cheap and weather resistant.

In this area of PA/NJ the corn comes in woven plastic type bags.  While they won't take intensive shooting to one area, on a home range, and even bag in bag, they would be just fine

If you can get your hands on scrap carpet it makes a very life like and durable target.

I have 21 of these handmade from carpet and painted to be as realistic as I could get them.

I used .0032 electric fences wire an sew the two halves together, stuff with rolled up carpet. I also took spray foam to reinforce areas that would take greatest abuse.

That is a nice idea ! Wonder if anyone uses horse stall mats cut and glued together in animal shapes? I used a piece of horse stall mat in front of my shot up foam sheet (8 inches of ep foam with a coir footmat backing sewn up in plastic burlap). Might cut the rest of the roll and make a hog silhouette with reinforced vitals and head ( multiple layers).
