Spine Question for Full Length Arrow
« on: June 04, 2019, 04:32:53 PM »
I've been shooting 500 spine (goldtip 3555 with 75 grains of weights including insert plus a 150 grain tip at 29 3/4 inches) for years. My bows are between 47-50 at 29 inches. These arrows fly well. I am wanting to try some full length 32 inch arrows and try gap shooting. Should the 400 spine (5575) work for me and any guesses on how much insert weight I may need to add in addition to the 150 grain tip?

Thank You
BD

Get on the 3Rivers calculator and play with it.  That's been effective for me.
