Help With Arrows
« on: April 06, 2008, 03:18:00 PM »
Hey guys, Ive got a Bob Lee TD recurve that is about 52# at 28. I shoot st epic 400's at 30in that work pretty good. Ive got two questions.

What other arrows would work? Are there any that would work with these limbs and limbs that are around 65-70?

If I use weight tubes or dowels to increase my weight (Im at 430 grains), how will it affect my flight?

THanks Ps Maybe someone has a test kit I could borrow? I would need it too long.

I recently had a similar weight Bob Lee and it shot 65 -70 spined arrows with 145 grain heads great. limbs that are 65-70# would work best with 75-80 or a little higher depending on head weight.

If the 400 spine works well, the Gold Tip 5575 or the CX Heritage 250 should work well too.
