prayers for a cousin (updated 6/9)
« on: June 02, 2019, 07:09:50 AM »
I'd ask that our Great Prayer Warriors here keep my Dad's 80+ yr old cousin, Arlan, in prayer.  He had a stroke, was sent to a hospital by ambulance, is NOT responding very well to treatments.

His bride of many years has been traveling far daily to be with him & he just got transferred to a hospital closer to their home, but they could use prayers for his full recovery...

Thank you.

UPDATE:  Got a note from my older Cousin's wife that the Hospital Rehab Dept pushed him a bit hard mid week last week and he crashed but is doing better now and they're back walking him around...

Continued prayers coveted for healing

His wife of 53 years is showing the wear of running back and forth, Rodd.

She shares when I ask and said their insurance is getting "antsy", so the rehab guy has him using a walker but something about his right hand not working well, but giving him pain.

Shared they claim that is a good thing as it means the nerve is working so they give him pain meds...

The hospital where he is has a NOT so great Rep in that area... so Prayers are wonderful

Hopefully he gets the care that he needs for as long as he needs!!!!!!  That's the big thing anymore. ..... send patients out before they're really ready....
