Is the Whistler model basically just a longer Pika bow or is there a difference in the designs other than length?

im sure there are subtle or even big design differences. they are similar, i personally like a longer pika. i had a beautiful 60" Whistler that was a little thumpy at the shot. tried many brace ht and string combos. i will mention that it was not a 2pc. and very light. now the draw was incredible i can draw a 60" behind my head if i wanted.

Call Dan, he's super helpful, super knowledgeable, and welcomes the questions. I'd suggest being ready to buy a bow if you call him.

I had a 56" Pika and a 58" Whistler. For me, I preferred the Whistler, very smooth draw, quick, quiet, and zero handshock. There was less than an inch difference in the strung length too. I kept the Whistler and sold the Pika.
I would agree with giving Dan a call, he could point you in the right direction based on what you like.

Been shooting a T.D Whistler for about three weeks. Its 60 inches long.I really like it a lot.Super smooth, dead in the hand, quiet and stable. The T.D with the phenolic riser and bow bolt feels solid and would dampen a little vibration IMO.I got an Eagles flight quiver on it.Feels like a 64 inch longbow.I draw about 29 inches
I have had all the Toelke models except the Pika.So I cant help you with the comparison between the 2 models.Like the guys said.Call Dan.You probably win either way.
