Yes...he is the ONLY one providing THE most performing wool for silencers.  All wool is not the same.....Some wool is better for an application than another.  Bow Hush wool is premier for silencers.

I also have used them for years, but some of the last I purchased only lasted about a week.  The wool yarn was flying out of them with every shot.  Finally I got some wool yard, cut it into 2" pieces then got some ribbon and used the wifes sewing machine.  The trick is shorting the stitch length so ever strand of yard is sewn onto the ribbon.  I made some with several different camo colors mixed.  They work great and cheap to make.  Probably took me 1/2 hour for each puff.

I'm not sure what you bought but that wasn't the original BowHush yarn I can tell you that.

Bought a couple sets of Bow hush and Hush puppies back in spring....same great product as when Terry was running the show. I couldn’t tell a lick of difference between the new ones and my originals.

Only thing my recurves will wear. Best product I ever found for them.

Yeah stuff is tuff as nails, and flat out quiets a bow. I have a few in reserve, and use them sparingly.

Gene - I see no order from you on your name. Any chance you ordered under another name? If so, let me know and I will send more or give you full refund.

I make silencers and go to extreme lengths to procure authentic 100% hand spun Churro wool.
Churro Navajo wool is very strong and popular with the Hopi and Navajo for making horse blankets and rugs. I stretch and attempt to break the yarn and typically can not pull it apart; then I know its a good batch.
The wool is stacked rather than bundled to provide longevity. I’ve had my silencers on my bows for years.
Nicks Churro bow silencers.

Sorry, I was unclear.  They were not your silencers.  They were another brand and they did not hold up as the stitching was to long to catch all the wool.

Sorry for my mistake.
