Hey Dylan,
You are a lucky blessed man to be able to hunt like you do. I'm some-what envious.

Your quote
"While I didn't get that boar, it was one of the greatest stalks of my life".

I'm hearing you, here's a link to a hunt story I posted eighteen months or so ago. Same thing, one of the greatest stalks of my life for sure.

Hope you enjoy the tale.

Good hunting to you all.
May the wind be your friend, and may your arrows fly true,
Most of all, may the appreciation and the gratitude of what we do keep us humble......

Very cool video.   Thanks for sharing.   Always great to see new hunters and new land (to me).

Oooh just one thing I would correct, you were driving on the wrong side of the road

Great video! What clothing were you wearing? I really like the pattern.

Loved the story, mate. I know exactly what you mean. I've never stalked buffalo but I've had a few encounters with pigs, as you have seen, and I've been pretty close to some fallow bucks in the rut like that, too. Very good fun.

Is your friend Ben a school teacher?

There is some good hunting down that way, mate.

I like to live dangerously, mate.

Thanks for sharing- I enjoyed it.  Seems you are in the right place doing the right things.  Just keep it up and the stars will align.
