Yep we burn Zebra dung when you have a bad wind at a waterhole. Works pretty good.

Citrus WMA where I'll be in a couple months has a big horse riding stable near the middle of the forest. Maybe I should collect some horse crap to burn next Nov.
I do tend stomp around in it when I do find it on the trails.

He's lighting up a mature cowpie to go with his burbon, do it all the time.  When worn on top of ones head (fire up) doubles as a head warmer AND a long-lasting yet mobile fire starter when taken back to camp after a hunt.  I generally only bring one match on a weekend trip...saves on weight.

Last year hunting in South Africa we used mostly Cape Baffalo dung, but also used Eland and zebra dung as cover scent.

The practice isn't popular with the military veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan.
