I shoot 200 grain VPA broadheads (both two and three blade) or 200 grain wensel woodsmen broadheads from my 57 pound recurves. I actually probably draw 54 or 55 pounds.
I shoot 125 grain magnus stingers from my 50 pound longbows. Again, I probably draw 47 or 48 pounds.
I've shot others, but this is what I currently like and trust.

575 grain total arrow weight. 150 grain VPA with 50 grain brass inserts total 200 upfront. I like the smaller 150 grain VPA verse the larger width 200’s with my setup for better penetration and less wind drag

Zwickey. No Mercy & Delta primarily. But I wouldn't hesitate to use an Eskimo or any other 2-blade head of similar design. I can think of better heads but certainly not for the price & convenience of finding them anywhere.
Draw weight 45-48# at 27.5" Arrow weights of 630 - 680 grains, though I may yet drop to something just under 600 this year.

I shot zwicky delta's for years out of all my bows, killed Deer, Elk, Bear and mountain lion with them when I lived in Montana, since I moved to Alaska I've killed Bears mainly with delta's and a few with 175 grain Ace and moose with 190 grain Tuskers. At the present I'm using 190 Grizzly's single bevel.

I shoot Ace standard 160gr out of a 73# BBO. They have always done the trick and flown well so haven't messed with anything else.

I’m currently shooting 52# out of my Mohawk longbow. I shoot cedar arrows with Zwickey Deltas, No Mercy or Magnus I broadheads. They e been doing the job for me for 40 years. No reason to change especially since I’ve got way more than I can use up since I only lose one occasionally after a deer looses it.
