I would think the 6075 shaft would be too stiff for your bow.Tuning carbon arrows for a traditional bow can sometimes be alittle tough.Is your bow center shot,alot of the adding weight you see is tuning the arrows to your bow.The 4560 would most likely be better for a 55#@27 bow.Start full length and cut them alittle at a time to get the flight you want.You can use real thin plastic like what they put dry cleaning in,the bags.You can put it over the insert,press into the shaft and try it.It should hold snug enough to do your tuning.A good heavy shaft will most likely weigh more then 550 grs. because it will be stiffer and require more weight to get good flight out of it.I find with carbons it is best to do some bareshaft tuning before you cut them down.
