Ive got my Limbs off the form,
they have got goobers all along the sides,
best way to get them off?
Ive got a belt sander, My disk sander on the belt sander is NON-funtional
or
Hand sanding ?

If your belt part works use it. you can use a spindle but dont gouge them. Or the finer side of a hoof rasp. got to be careful not to splinter the glass.

Took a Mini-Block plane to the sides, knocked off all the glue bumps, ill go with a flat Block-- hand sanding now

Hows that plane blade looking?
I do mine on the belt set up on the Rigid. Secret is to keep it moving and take your time.

I remember a guy named Hera several years back that did a whole TD with hand saw rasps and sand paper. Even hand rubbed the finish with a mix of petroleum jelly and super glue.

I profiled one a while back using a cabinet makers rasp , file and jap saw including sight window worked good for the middle of the night not making noise and didnt take long but be careful work glass to wood like was said !
