An old man hunting on the ground is safer than an old man hunting in a tree....I stopped hunting from tree stands three years ago...when I turned 80.
We hunted from the ground in the 60's because it wasn't legal to hunt from a tree, and we still killed deer.
I think this little Classic Hunter with "Emerald Mist" glass is going to work out just fine.

That is a cool looking bow...Up to this point, I never like green glass much, but love the look of that one and would love to see it up close. I bet it is even better.
