Wolves in Colorado?

I’m no fan of that chair. Seems to me so much more could be done to display an animal. I was a full time taxidermist, I’d just never do it.
You couldn’t sit on the chair. The ears could break, not the ears but the transition area would be a weak spot. The toes would be another issue. Someone walking up to a coach might kick em and break them as well. Now add the sliding in and out of a chair. Hair would be broken. It’d look real rough in short time if it was used.
Now a display couch??? Idk boys not my cup of tea and artistically not very appealing imo.
Add tanning for two wolf hides, mounting the two heads, The feet, sewing, etc it’d not be a cheap proposition either.

Not only do they take a toll on the wildlife, if they aren't hunted they start losing their fear of humans which causes a whole other set of problems.
One of my friends and his dad were snowmobiling a week or so back and had one actually chase them down the trail for a short ways.
Another guy I talked to had 8 come in on him during muzzleloader season and he had to shoot twice to scare them off. Even then they just moved out of his way but never ran.
My roommate's cousin had two that came and sat at the base of his stand and refused to leave, and he ended up spending the night in the stand.
They're getting braver to the point of it almost being dangerous.
I'm not saying kill them all but we definitely need to start shooting a few of them. I hope that if Colorado does introduce wolves that they don't make the same management mistakes that Michigan has.

It they allowed hunters to control numbers I’d be cool with it. But here in MI it’s been a sh!t show. Legal battle after battle and no hunting of them. Same with Grizzlies in the lower 48. No control and now out of control.
