Kurt that was a fabulous shoot!  We had the best time.  On sunday morning Raven Angel said "I don't want to go home."  I about fell over when I heard that.  I mean I knew she was having fun and all, and that was my dearest hope, but I never thought to here those words!

Tom, the Bracer is an amazing piece of art.  I am jelous.  I'll let Raven Angel speak for herself on how she likes it.  ;-)

Killy, I picked that bow up and some matched arrows for it for $30.00!!  I thought it was a steal, and I was right.  It's been a perfect bow for R.A.  Though she's not wild on the pastel Green color.

That pastel green means classic Bear, mid-sixties, nine years old and playing at the local creek, making spears out of ragweed stalks and having 'wars' with them, barefoot summer days and bicycles to me. It always makes me smile, for some obscure reason!

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

I think my gang of boys when I was growing up would've included you in our shenanigans......even though you is a girl!

*smiling*

I come on here and have so many people to respond to.  How fun!

My bracer?? My bracer ROCKS!!!  She's a gorgeous thing!  Thank you Tom P.  My sisters "oooooo"ed and "aaaahhhhh"ed over it when I showed them and wished they were as lucky as mmmeeeeeee   :D

As for the puke green on my bow...  it has no fond memories in my mind.  I'd spray paint her sea blue if it weren't that Derek says that's a big "no no".

Gang of boys???  *wicked grin*

Arguing over archery gear already?  Yep she's hooked!  Congrats to both of you!    :clapper:    As for a color I would paint it flat brown.  But thats me.
