Years ago now I thought how great those banana cuts were. So I bought a lil chopper and went at it. Big 5” feathers red, looked real cool in my back quiver. But when I shot them I swore I had flu-flu arrows. Noisey and slow, boy was I disappointed. That was a learning curve. After I lower the cut and took some of the helical out of my jig they flew better.
When I bought my Vario chopper I got that basic shape but without all the noise. Still use it from time to time. I prefer regular old parabolic cut for hunting arrows. For just 3D and shooting whatever looks good.
