Longbows, memorial day and new additions

Well its been a long but productive last few days. I made a new string for a longbow i had laying around and got around to bareshaft tuning it. Yesterday we had our memorial day cookout at the inlaws house so while everyone was in the pool enjoying the sun i took the opportunity to shoot some arrows further than the 18 yards i normally shoot outside. Then for the icing on the cake today we welcomed our newest addition to the family little miss Zoey Ray Rogers. Looks like more bows to buy in the future.

Little girls tend to like bows that are purple, pink, and silver. To match I recommend arrows with pink fletching. Congratulations!
