Knife making and knife blanks
« on: June 10, 2020, 01:00:23 PM »
Hey gents,
I was asked If I could make a few knives and sheaths for the holidays (its never too early to get started). Normally, my knives are made from obsidian or stone, so this is something new to me. I've done a quick google search, and what I have found looks mostly like cheap Chinese stainless steel. Is there anywhere a feller could get a few knife blanks that will actually hold an edge? American made would be nice too.

Thanks,
Pintail.

Texas knife is a good source. Good quality blades and not going to break the bank either.
