Anybody read the AUG/SEP TBM?
« on: June 25, 2020, 12:54:28 PM »
Been reading through the latest issue of Traditional Bowhunter Magazine (TBM) and was both surprised and delighted to see TJ Conrads' article on the brothers Thompson, of "The Witchery of Archery" fame. I was tipped off on this book last year by Petrichor (thanks, Dave!)  :wavey: and found it to be everything he said it was...and more. Probably one of the best archery books ever written, and definitely the best I've ever read (from my POV, anyway!) And just a heads-up...TBM will only be available via subscription after this issue, not at any newsstands any longer.
A great read, both the book and TBM mag!

I remember finding this book by reading a quote found in Hunting the Osage Bow. Looked it up and it was only a few bucks. So worth the read!
Nothing clears a troubled mind like shooting a bow.
