can i add a piece of glass to my bow and how much weight would it add,which side front or back,it turned out 42 lb@28 its 66 inches long,laminated with sassifrass core and bocote laminated from 3 rivers,and .050 glass on each side,,any input would be nice,,thanks jeff

You could shorten the limbs and make the bow 62 inches-very likely 52#. No idea about adding the glass layer.

i made this one for a buddy of mine,he wanted the 66 in,but u dont always get what u want huh,if he dont want it i will shoot it myself i like the 40s,,jeff
