Another arrow question
« on: August 14, 2020, 05:17:43 PM »
Hey y’all lookin for a little help,

Tonight I blew up my favorite bow, don’t know what happened. No warning, have thousands of arrow through her. Fairly crushed right now only bow I’ve shot in 5 years, like losing a good friend.

Anyways I blew the dust off my BW PTF and went to grab some arrows and realized I cleaned house last year :knothead: so now I don’t remember what it liked, and the arrow charts only go to 200grn points. My draw is 26” my BW is 52# at 26” I wanna shot gold tip warriors as they’re cheap and I’ll be building a new bow for next year so cheaper is ok. I shoot 200gr broadheads and 100gr inserts. I would like the arrows to end up between 28-30” I also add 2” aluminum footings to all my shafts normally.

So the question 400’s or 340’s??

Thanks y’all ahead of time for your help

If you go with 28 inch arrows, 400s will be enough.  340s might work if you leave them 30 inches.
